CRE Train Freight Seizes Chinese Opportunities
According to the latest data from the National Development and Reform Commission, in May this year, the CRE (Asia) trains collectively operated 2,733 trains, achieving a historic high in monthly transport volume. Specifically, the railway operated 1,724 trains heading to Europe, transporting 186,000 TEUs, marking increases of 14% and 13% respectively year on year. Meanwhile, 1,009 trains have been operated heading to Asia, transporting 74,000 TEUs, with year-on-year increases of 6% and 10% respectively.
The accelerated operation of the CRE trains demonstrates once again that China's development is open, and Chinese opportunities are global opportunities. With vast market potential and continuous expansion in depth, China remains committed to expanding higher-standard openness in the future. The doors of openness will only widen further.
